IF THE PLANE OR THE TRAIN IS LATE OR EARLY WHAT HAPPENS? WILL THE COSTS BE CHARGED?
We guarantee the service even in case of delays, free of extra charge. You will always find our driver waiting for You, with a welcome sign on which is shown Your name or the Company's name. (When booking, the flight/train number is required to monitor any delays)
DOES THE COST OF THE SERVICE INCLUDE THE HIGHWAY?
The cost of the service is established based on the distance, the type of route and the eventual waiting time; our estimates include all the expenses, including the highway costs.
ARE THE ANIMALS ALLOWED FOR TRANSPORT?
The animals are welcome on our vehicles (a suitable transport is required).
CAN I SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE DURING THE JOURNEY?
No, smoking is prohibited in our vehicles.
HOW OLD ARE YOU?DO YOU ALSO MAKE TRANSFERS ABROAD?
Yes, in any country of Europe.
CAN I HAVE THE DRIVER'S NUMBER?
Yes, you will receive the driver's name and the telephone number via e-mail or WhatsApp.
HAVE YOU TAKEN MEASURES AGAINST COVID? ARE THE VEHICLES SANITIZED?
The vehicles are sanitized after each service. Our drivers wear an approved mask; if the passengers do not have one, we will provide it free of additional charge.
